I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the beds were.

Heater was a bit noisy.

I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. Would be a better deal if it included breakfast. The beds were nice but the pillows too thick. Nice shower.

Location to old downtown. Able to walk to many amenities.

There was only a shower, we needed a tub to bath our 9 month old.

The hotel and location of hotel met our expectations as we have previously stayed at a Red Lion and enjoyed our stay. The hotel provided a crib free of charge which was convenient as we were traveling with an infant. It was disappointing to only have a shower in our room as it was more of a challenge to bath our 9 month old. After the cleaming staff did not clean our room, we were upgraded to a better room.

The housekeeping staff was told not to touch personal things. That gave them an excuse to do very little cleaning.

We stayed here 6 days. The first night was great. The cleaning staff did not make our beds the next day. I had left a magazine on my unmade bed and my wife had left her pajama bottoms on hers. The staff was told not to touch personal things so they didn't make the beds. We've stayed at hotels all over the country and have never had this happened before. We called the manager but she didn't return our call. The third night they didn't clean our room at all. After complaining to the front desk they gave us a better room for no extra charge which was nice. However the cleaning staff could not keep the room clean or the beds made nicely. They need to upgrade their housekeeping to keep their current star rating. ...read more
